Export Process

How your candlenut shipment is prepared

1. 01

   Farmer Collection

   Mature candlenut collected directly from partner farmers in Simalungun, Karo, Toba and surrounding areas.

2. 02

   Sorting & Cleaning

   The peeled candlenut kernels are thoroughly cleaned and manually sorted to eliminate broken pieces, dark-colored kernels, and any foreign impurities.

3. 03

   Quality Inspection

   Moisture, whole-kernel ratio, and purity checked against the agreed specification.

4. 04

   Packaging

   25 kg or 50 kg PP bags, or custom packaging to buyer requirements.

5. 05

   Export Documentation

   Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, and B/L prepared.

6. 06

   Container Loading

   20 FT or 40 FT container stuffed under supervision with loading photos shared.

7. 07

   International Shipping

   Shipment from Port of Belawan with tracking updates until arrival.
